ENDOLOGS
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 16, 2026
What EndoLogs is
EndoLogs is a personal procedure-logging tool for physicians who perform endoscopy, available as an iPhone app and a web app at endologs.com. By creating an account or using EndoLogs you agree to these terms.
No patient information
EndoLogs is a personal case log, not a medical record system, and is not a HIPAA-compliant service. You agree not to enter protected health information or patient identifiers of any kind (names, record numbers, dates of birth, identifiable photos, or similar), including in free-text fields, notes, and photos. You are solely responsible for complying with your institution's policies and applicable law regarding patient information.
Not medical advice
Reference material in the app is provided for convenience and education only. It is not medical advice, and clinical decisions remain entirely your responsibility.
Subscription
New accounts include a 3-day free trial that begins when you verify your email address. After the trial, continued logging requires a paid subscription (monthly or yearly), billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
Your data
Your log belongs to you. You can export it (CSV/JSON) at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and server data by contacting us. If your subscription lapses, your existing data remains viewable and exportable. Only new logging is paused.
Your account
Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
EndoLogs is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
