ENDOLOGS

For programs and institutions

Your fellows are not logging their cases. You already know this.

Every program has the same problem. The systems trainees are told to log in are desktop-first, slow, and buried behind logins nobody remembers. So logging gets put off until tonight, then until the weekend, then until the week before semiannual review, when a month of cases gets reconstructed from memory. The result is logs that are late, thin, and wrong, and a program that cannot actually see what its trainees are doing.

EndoLogs fixes the step where the whole chain breaks: the logging itself. It is an iPhone app built only for procedure logging. A case takes seconds to record in the walk between rooms, while the details are still fresh. Everything syncs to a web app for the workstation. When logging stops being a chore, logs actually get kept.

What the program gets out of it

Logs that reflect reality

Cases recorded the day they happen, not reconstructed before a review. Complete counts, indications, findings, and interventions you can trust.

Reviews without the scramble

Every fellow can produce a current, structured report of their numbers for semiannual reviews, CCC meetings, and ACGME reporting, in seconds instead of a week of nagging.

Credentialing that does not come back to haunt you

Graduates get asked for case counts by hospitals and employers for years. Their log leaves with them, complete and exportable, instead of trapped in a system they lost access to.

One consistent record across the roster

Same structure for every trainee. No personal spreadsheets, no home-grown formats, no gaps when someone rotates or graduates.

Volume by site

Every report breaks cases down by location. It becomes obvious where the volume actually happens across your hospitals and endo suites, and which rotations deliver the cases.

Who trains with whom

Reports break down by attending, so you can see where each trainee’s experience comes from and which attendings carry the teaching load.

Adoption you will not have to police

Trainees keep using tools that respect their time. Logging in seconds on the phone they already carry is the difference between a policy and a habit.

Zero IT project

The app installs from the App Store and the web app runs in any browser. No integration, no servers, no committee.

Why not just use what we have?

Residency management suites are built for evaluations, scheduling, and compliance paperwork. Procedure logging is a buried module, and it shows: it assumes a desk, a browser, and free time that trainees do not have between cases. EndoLogs is not trying to replace your management suite. It does exactly one thing, at the moment and place the work happens, and hands back clean data your existing processes can consume.

Group licensing

We offer institutional licenses for fellowship programs, residencies, and endoscopy groups: one invoice, your whole roster covered, and onboarding handled. Tell us your program size and we will put a quote together.
